What’s Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

• Stitching defects
• Material flaws (such as cracking, splitting, or premature wear under normal use)
• Structural defects in seat frames or padding

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration from sun exposure or chemicals
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications
• Cuts, burns, punctures, or any damage from external factors
• Water damage, mold, or mildew due to improper care
• Any products used outside of their intended purpose

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

Prompt cleaning is recommended to maintain the appearance and longevity of the material. For most stains, use warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. For tougher stains, gently scrub with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush and a non-abrasive cleaner like Formula 409® or Fantastik®, then rinse and dry.

For stubborn stains, use a soft white cloth dampened with a solution of 10% household bleach and 90% water. Rub gently, then rinse the area with a cloth dampened in warm water to remove any bleach residue. Avoid using alcohol-based cleaners, as they may damage the material.
