At Seat Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered?

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Stitching defects
  • Material flaws (such as cracking, splitting, or premature wear under normal use)
  • Structural defects in seat frames or padding

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration from sun exposure or chemicals
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Cuts, burns, punctures, or any damage from external factors
  • Water damage, mold, or mildew due to improper care
  • Any products used outside of their intended purpose

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:
